The setting on which day to start the week with takes effect temporarily, but when the program is restarted it reverts to starting with Monday. The settings panel still says that it is starting with Sunday.

Yeah, either there or some similar. 2.30.x is too long time ago. Let's mark this as a duplicate of it.
