Startup output with U1MS enabled.

I didn't notice the slowdown until I upgraded to Ubuntu 11.04.

Attached are my logs with U1MS enabled and without. Enabled U1MS seems to add ~8s to startup during which time the window is visible but empty (white).

It looks like this has also been reported on Launchpad, and since the Ubuntu team is largely responsible for the U1MS extension, this issue will probably get more attention there: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/banshee/+bug/788532
Comment 3 Rodney Dawes 2011-11-08 15:16:07 UTC
This has been fixed in libubuntuone already, by delaying the rescan that is required due to Banshee's architecture.
