GIMP eats 100% CPU and extremely slow when using "color managed" or "print simulation" color management modes. The screencast below illustrate two aspects of the problem 

1) Drawing by the pen tool (in color managed and unmanaged modes)
2) Rotating of the image (...)

It seems¸ this is a regression caused by cairofication of the display filters. 

Packages versions:

cairo is 1.10.2
lcms is 1.19
