Upon session startup various applets don't get loaded and a popup window appears with "The panel encountered a problem while loading XYZ applet" message in it.

This issue is nondeterministic and seems to be a race condition.

I believe this is the same issue as bug 654843, which is now fixed.

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
