Pdf file causing crash

Evince crashes while viewing a particular PDF file (attached below).

Reproduction:

1) evince LCD-08335-1.pdf
2) goto page 10
3) hit page down

This causes evince to crash/freeze.
Comment 1 Fabio Durán Verdugo 2011-05-09 20:55:53 UTC
I get the freeze for 5 seconds but dont crash.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it.
Can you get us a stack trace? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!

rendering of page 11 of the attached PDF file by evince

In my system evince does render page 11 of the attached file eventually, though it takes about three minutes to do so (on a 3GHz Pentium D). The resulting rendering doesn't look particularly correct though (attaching). I'll also add an attachment of how this particular page is displayed by Adobe Reader 9, for the sake of comparison.

System details: Debian stable, evince 2.30.2

Can you please confirm the bug against evince 2.32.x or 3.0.x as i don't see any problem with evince 2.32.1 ?
Comment 5 Torquil Macdonald Sørensen 2011-07-15 09:10:49 UTC
It no longer crashes here with evince-gtk 2.32. It does take a long time to display page 11 compared with the previous pages, but no crash.

Please file separate bug for slowness if you feel it's worth.
