build: Add gobject-introspection build system to libebook

The attached patch, based on Rob Bradford's original work, adds support to generate the corresponding GIR and typelib files for libebook.

This is report is part of an overall goal to add support to generate Vala bindings for libebook.

By the way, did you ever get a GNOME account set up?  Anything introspection related like this, I'm okay with you just committing straight away.  No need to be blocked waiting for me.
