Description Michael Trunner 2011-05-08 09:39:43 UTC
What happens?

Some applications, in my case eclipse or Firefox have long context menu's. When I open the context menu I some cases it is drawn from the top off the screen. When that happens some entries are hidden because the context menu is drawn under the top panel of gnome3 and I can not select any entry or even see it.

What should happens?

 a) The context menu should be rendered over the top panel,
 b) or the context menu should start/moved down on the y-axes to the border of the top panel. So that there are no z-fighting.

Notes:

In Firefox I only have to right click some pixel under the screen y-middle, to see that problem.
