Black fonts on dark background and white boxes

I tested the GNOME 3 on my IBM Thinkpad T41 with ATI Radeon Mobility 7500.
The Shell run quite fast, but is unusable, because there are black fonts on dark background, some highlighted items in menu have white boxes instead characters and corners of borders or windows and some icons are displayed as white boxes.
These bugs you can see on attached image.

Unfortunately, The R100 series is really too old to work well with the full GNOME 3 experience - our intention for it is to run in fallback mode rather than asking the Radeon driver developers to spend a lot of time debugging old hardware that isn't going to have enough power to do a good job displaying GNOME 3.

If it is so, why on this notebook Compiz and Kwin run perfectly?
And by the way, Emmanuele Bassi wrote on the site http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.gnome.desktop/43710 that this problem is bug, because Mutter does not require anything more than Compiz. In fact, it should work exactly as well as Compiz.

And what is old? For me is my hardware actual :)

And fallback mode is for me only bad joke, in comparsion with older version of GNOME it is totally unusable...
