Description wrobell 2011-05-03 20:59:37 UTC
when chatting with a person in empathy, then his/her messages are being shown in the middle-bottom of the screen (this is message tray, isn't it?).

this is very annoying. i do see the chat messages as i actively talk to a person. no notifications or messages in message tray are needed.

it is even worse.

if mouse cursor is in inappropriate place, then gnome shell switches you from your chat window to the gnome shell message tray - if you type fast enough then you have half of a message in chat window and half of it in message tray.
