NOTE: THIS IS IN GNOME 3 VIA GNOME 3 PPA ABOVE
When I get a new IM it comes up in my notification, if I answer from the notification when I have sent messages within the same minute (possibly longer than a minute as well) it puts my new message at the end of my previous messages and prior to the message I responded to using the clean theme ( I don't know why theme would matter though). Though if I check the chat log, it's in proper order. So it only displays out of order in the chat window.

I expect the messages to appear in order
