Description petermoe 2001-11-19 09:51:51 UTC
Package: panel
Version: 1.4.0.4
Severity:

>Synopsis: Application Panel crashes
>Class: sw-bug
System: P166 / RH Linux 7.2 / ???

>Description:
This happened now several times: at one stage the Application panel crashes:

Application "Panel" (process 1217) has crashed due to a fatal error. (Segmentation fault.)

After reboot the panel does not come up again, which forced me several times to re-install RH 7.2

This is very frustrating, as I use only 7.2 standard libraries.

I'm not a linux expert.

Regards,

Peter

>How-To-Repeat:
Installed linux, started X a couple of times.
