Description Ross Burton 2011-04-26 20:22:22 UTC
The GUPnP project is migrating to GNOME. We're migrating in order of services failing on the current hosting, so the mailing list has already been migrated and bugzilla is next.

Please can I have a new GUPnP ("UPnP framework") product, with the following components:
- gssdp ("SSDP framework")
- gupnp ("UPnP framework")
- gupnp-dlna ("DLNA helpers")
- gupnp-av ("A/V helpers")
- gupnp-tools ("Tools")
- gupnp-igd ("IGD helper")
- gupnp-vala ("Vala bindings")
- gupnp-ui ("Widget helpers")

I've a XML dump of the currently open bugs, would it be possible to arrange these to be imported to the GNOME bugzilla?

Ping?
Comment 2 Tobias Mueller 2011-05-06 09:08:18 UTC
*blush* Sorry.
Can you provide us the following information?
# A brief description
# URL to homepage
Comment 3 Ross Burton 2011-05-06 09:33:58 UTC
The description should be "UPnP framework", and the homepage is http://www.gupnp.org/.
Comment 4 Tobias Mueller 2011-05-07 00:59:58 UTC
Product has been created.
I've set you as the maintainer.
You (and any other developer of the product) can maintain the product here

 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/editproducts.cgi?action=edit&product=gupnp

Adjust it to your liking. You need to add at least one component (e.g.
'general') before new bugs can be filed. For any new component use

 gupnp-maint@gnome.bugs

as QA and default assignee.
Important: Anyone interested in following all bug activity
(including all maintainers) must watch above dummy user by adding
it to the 'users to watch' list under Preferences->Email preferences.

Would it be possible to get the XML dump from our previous bugzilla imported? I'll munge it myself as required.

No idea how to do that. Maybe Olav has an idea, but last time this was probably done by Elijah who's not much around anymore.
