As per http://mail.gnome.org/archives/desktop-devel-list/2011-April/msg00085.html, we should standardise the names of the drag-and-drop target types we use in the contact list (both EmpathyIndividualView and EmpathyPersonaView).

At the very least, we should probably add “x-” to them, since they're non-standard. Ideally, they'd get standardised across the desktop.

There is no DnD support atm, but we want it eventually, and we should use the same format.
