In the keyboard shortcut dialog, the + and - buttons does nothing. I think they are insensitive, but that's really not obvious.

I've been told that they work only for the custom shortcuts part, maybe buttons should be hidden if that's not the currently selected part?

With ubuntu gnome3 ppa, that custom part does not even exists, dunno why...
