Patch to enable cursor theme selection.

Patch 0001 adds support for setting the cursors' theme (we can already set most of the properties in org.gnome.desktop.interface, so I thought this was a natural addition), while excluding cursor themes from appearing in the icon theme switcher (which is rather annoying).

Patch 0002 modifies the switcher classes so they can actually include user themes (i.e. those located in $HOME/.{themes,icons}) in the selection list.
