For what it's worth, the versioning is a bit confusing, to me anyway (GStreamer 0.10 is the current stable series, and 0.11 is the upcoming API-breaking development series), I presume those versions come from somwhere haskell-related?

Also note that the 'homepage' link on that page seems broken.

The versioning of that package is unrelated to the versioning of GStreamer. The homepage link there does seem broken, but it is out of my control, as I am not the maintainer of the package. Here is an alternate link:
