Description markus.haider 2011-04-08 23:51:39 UTC
Rhythmbox crashes, when I enter the apple remote app on my ipod and want to add a library. On the ipod the pairing code is displayed and then rhythmbox crashes. I am using the Ubuntu 11.04 beta 1 which uses rhythmbox 0.13.3

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it.
Can you get us a stack trace? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!

In the above attachment, I installed the dbg packages and ran rhythmbox in gdb and made a backtrace after the crash happened. Again, exactly as I was trying to add the itunes library in my ipods remote the segfault occurs. Please tell me if this is what you wanted because in the link you sent me, it says that bug buddy would automatically pop up, which is not the case on my computer.
