If /desktop/gnome/background/picture_filename gconf key is set, it is converted to picture-uri but the content of the key isn't appended file:// , breaking gnome_bg* calls in g-s-d.

We should either make gnome_desktop smarter or drop the conversion completely.

We shouldn't migrate it actually.
