GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 646936
Use upstream Gettext instead of glib-gettextize
Last modified: 2014-01-27 16:20:14 UTC
As suggested on Javier's blog post[1] and bgo #624186. Also, glib-gettextize is not included on my Fedora 15 system, available only in package glib2-devel.

Sorry for the delay, I checked the gettext version on the server, and it looks like it will now work.
I just reverted that patch, it didn't work, let's try again later. fred@nezt:~/src/gnome/library-web/po$ make make: *** No rule to make target `Makevars', needed by `Makefile'. Stop.
Fixed by not adding the gnu gettext stuff. commit d3997408053177eda68209a552b524ef05050ad7 Author: Frédéric Péters <fpeters@0d.be> Date: Mon Jan 27 16:19:18 2014 +0000 remove use of glib-gettext https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=646936
