Adds missing reference to Shell in extensionSystem.js

I have problems developing and using extensions in gnome-shell as every try to load any extension results in error. As I do not know how to copy the error message from "Looking Glass" to this bug report I can only tell that the problem is a missing "imports.gi.Shell" in extensionSystem.js. I include a patch to solve this problem.

Regards,
Stephan
