Icons and svg source file

Here's a new set of icons more in line with the rest of gnome icons then the current one which lacks some contrast and details in the 256x256 version especially.
The icons are licensed gpl3+/ccbysa3+ the source svg should not be shipped but it should be kept in the repository for future usage and to comply with gpl source clause.

comparing to the old version [1] it seems like the color is a bit darker. was that planned? ;)

Yes, it is, the old icon lacked some contrast compared to the other icons, hence the little darker color.
