Creating lists automatically in the \bug section using hyphens at the start of each line was working with 1.7.3 and is broken with 1.7.4.

It appears to still work fine with, for instance, the \note section.

Here are the steps to reproduce:
- Descend into the directory
- Run doxygen 1.7.4
- Look at the output for ~EntityList - the auto-generated lists are correct for the \note section, but are incorrect for the \bug section
