This does not change any translatable strings, but is technically a hard code freeze break, so I'll request permission from the release team before applying.

Pushed, but release team pointed out that the parentheticals in those strings need to be translated.  After the release, we should either mark the maintainer name strings for translation, or change the Authors layout to be more like:
