For devices that support it. Means that we don't need
to pair devices again to enable Bluetooth DUN or PAN/NAP.

Removing GNOME Target as per IRC discussion with hadess on #gnome-hackers.
Please use Target Milestones for project specific planning - you can set them up yourself if you are listed as module maintainer in Bugzilla.

It looks a bit arse, but any UI changes would really need to be in the 3rd-party plugins here (so in NetworkManager really).
