Why is New File in capitals?

It refers to the plugin/dialog which is called "New File". This is one of the strings that probably shouldn't be marked for translation.

I have removed the error dialog in this case and display a not translated warning as it is done in most other plugins.

I have found the same issue in run-program and the project-wizard plugin.
