Fix to Timezone error other that GMT

Overview:
Focus change to next day before it finish

Steps to Reproduce:
 1) Being in a timezone different of GMT, open dates and check the day focus in calendar before afternoon (ie before 6pm), the focus (light blue) day should be today
 2) Click the Today button and you will be placed in the correct day if you aren't selecting that
 3) Then check again the day focus at evening (ie. after 6pm in a GMT-6) before 12am, and the next day is focus (in light blue)
 4) Click the Today button and you will be placed in the next day to today if you aren't selecting that day

Actual Results:
Application is focusing the day according to GMT, not to the current timezone configured on PC, nevertheless the red pointed line is working ok

Expected Results:
Application should focus (show day in light blue) the current day according to local timezone

Additional information:
This bug has being reported on LaunchPad (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dates/+bug/696658) and fixed in my branch(https://code.launchpad.net/~icepeda/+junk/dates), it can be merge from there.

Also I am attaching a patch to have record of the fix

Pimlico is not under active development anymore, had its last tarball releases in the year 2011, and has not seen code changes for many years.
Its codebases have been archived:
 https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/tasks/commits/master
 https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/dates/commits/master
 https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/contacts/commits/master
Its website does not exist anymore: http://pimlico-project.org/

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect
reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather transfer the project
to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is deprecated) if anyone takes the
responsibility for active development again.
