The grey labels make it look like it's disabled

..and it also looks out of place, the other labels in System info are black. Screenshot attached.

I agree this looks disabled. We need to revisit how we show the different states of thw lightswitch widget.

We agreed with the designers to make the label darker to fix this, so I tweaked it in git master now.
