Use upstream gettext

We can use upstream gettext without problems nowadays. Also, Its a bit weird that we have to install glib to build glib with jhbuild

Thank you for the patch. I tested on my Fedora 14 system, works fine. My autotools knowledge is weak but I see no problems. Commit please.
