Make the Baobab "About" dialog modal

The "About" dialog of every other gnome app is modal, so maybe this should be
too.

Fix the remote connect dialog to make it a child of the main window

The "Remote connect" dialog also needs a parent to be properly attached to the main window by Mutter

This is obsolete with the vala rewrite... too bad that we are spawning nautilus-connect-server, which saves a lot of code and bugs, but we cannot make the dialog modal
