Description Joanmarie Diggs (IRC: joanie) 2011-03-19 17:25:42 UTC
The app-settings/foo.py files were never meant to run. But it is technically possible to do so and some users try it. When they do, if the file has app-unique preferences in it, the users see a traceback. We should prevent this from happening as it winds up being a red herring when attempting to debug real issues.
