Follow changes in NM 0.9

There have been very small changes in NM 0.9 which are 'incompatible' with g-m-m.

Most notable the removal of long deprecated symbols (that were already marked as deprecated in 0.7, which is the minimum as per configure,in to build g-m-m).

Some others are the merge of GSM / CDMA to just 'Modem' class.

I attach a patch that takes care of the merging and renaming, using compiler if's where needed.

The patch does NOT add the new capabilities offered by NM, like wimax or BT DUN for example (they should be rather simple to extend though).

Would be great if this patch could be merged into the git tree.

Best regards,
Dominique Leuenberger

I guess gnome-main-menu is EOL and we should never look back...
