Description Erie Looking Productions 2011-03-17 17:27:55 UTC
Implementing a mechanism for importing podcast subscriptions via opml would allow for a transition path off of iTunes for those who are migrating. Such would also allow for easy subscription to multiple feeds in lieu of the current interaction process of entering in podcast target URLs manually in a dialog box one at a time.

Looking at the code, it seems that Banshee already supports importing opml files.
Double-clicking on an opml file should work, or the file can be passed as a command line option :
banshee path/to/file.opml

I don't have an opml file handy, so I can't confirm it really works. Could you try it ?

This possibility should maybe be more obvious from the UI, but I'm not sure how exactly.
