The proxy tab causes the window to resize vertically,  because it lacks the header that the other pages have.

There is also a horizontal resizing issue when changing proxy methods that is caused by the minimum width of the entries + spinbutton. Minimally, I think we need to stuff the 'right sides' into a size group too, to stop things from moving around when you are interacting with the combo. To fix the overall sizing problem we might need to reduce the space between the device list and the proxies, or shorten the 'configuration url' label or force the entries to be a bit smaller
