Patch that adds the signal "properties_changed"

Here is a first attemp to wrap the signal "properties_changed" to the DBus::Proxy class.

Hum, sorry, but this patch needs to deal with Variants of types "a{sv}", thus it depends on the attachment of the bug 644207 (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=644207)
