Description teo (Account deactivated) 2011-03-15 14:11:17 UTC
Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a clip on the timeline
2. Don't place it at the very beginning but starting at any time strictly > 0

Or:

1. Place two clips on the time line
2. Place the second one so it starts AFTER the first one has finished (leaving some empty frames, no matter how many or how few)

And then:

3. Hit the space bar or the play button.

=> Platback is very very slow.

Also, sometimes it crashes.

If you leave no empty region in the timeline, playback works perfectly (with the very same video clips, obviously).
