To reproduce:

Create an appointment or meeting in the calendar, and set it to recur every 1 day for the next 4 days (it does not seem to be important though, other combinations also do not work).

Evolution will create the calendar thing, and it will show in the local calendar, but it will not show in OWA.  Checking on a seperate outlook client, they do seem to be created.
