Panel crashes when starting up.

>How-To-Repeat:
Rebooted after installing RH7.2 and the panel crashed on startup. Mind you, I've installed 7.2 on this system five or six times in the past week (for testing purposes), and this is the first time this has happened. I rebooted the system and the panel crashed again, so I'm guessing it's more complex of a problem.

Please try the latest (1.4.x) version of gnome-core and gnome-libs
