Description William Jon McCann 2011-03-12 06:03:27 UTC
1. Go to user menu and launch System Settings
2. Do it again

You'll notice that the app menu doesn't show a startup notification animation but the cursor changes to a busy/wait cursor. It probably shouldn't.
