Steps to reproduce:

1. $ gnome-control-center
2. Go to 'Sound'
2. Use mouse wheel up and down to adjust 'Output volume' slider

Expected results:

Mouse wheel up should increase volume and down decrease volume.

Actual results:

Both directions decrease volume.
