Create a window where user can define a set of tests for a set of users and it generates the order of the different tests depending on repetition conditions.

Allow user to manually change the created order.

Once created can be recorded on database and run on different sessions with the same people or changing a bit.

Running it will tell athletes who has to do a test, who has to prepare...
Every test can be cancelled, repeated...

It will be "the most" if it can be multichronopic: different tests/people at the same time.
