trend24 magazine sample page

Evince doesn't open this document (found on http://www.etrend.sk/fileadmin/user_upload/selfpromo/TREND24_ukazka.pdf ) properly - no text appears. It opens fine in Adobe Reader.

It's a poppler issue, now fixed in master and poppler-0.16 branch.
