In the attached screenshot, you can see the home directory appears 4 times in the places sidebar. The issue is probably that I don't have/use all the possible special folders on this machine (Picture, Videos and Music I think).

I think Nautilus should play it smart and not display those special folders links if they are the same as the home directory.
