You can fix the libcanberra startup issue with: rm ~/gnome-shell/install/lib/gtk-3.0/modules/libcanberra-gtk-module.so , and then recompile. Does this help?
the warnings have nothing at all to do with the crash

Due to the lack of updates for 7 years I'll assume this isn't an issue anymore.
