>Description:
When initiately startup linux, first lock in into the system in graphic mode received.error "Application "panel" (process 1539) has crashed due to a fatal error (Segmentation fault)".

Application panel is not lauched due to the above error.

When logout and relogin problem disappear.

 

>How-To-Repeat:
When linux first startup and  bring system into gnome graphic login mode. When login as any user problem occured. 

Subsequent login will not has this error.
