The document gtk-migrating-2-to-3.html contains some
examples that use API that is non-existent or
deprecated in gtk3.

Example 111: gdk_cairo_set_source_pixmap() used in
"replacement" cairo code.

Subsection "Using the the target drawable also as 
source or mask": again, uses pixmaps.

Example 112: uses gtk_widget_get_style().
