The new calendar is not keyboard navigable.

This is mostly just a matter of setting can_focus on the elements that are supposed to be keynavigable. Given that most of the calendar content is not PopupMenuItems, there may need to be some additional hack to deal with getting focus to the right spot when the user presses Down from the menu title.
