Small patch to allow user theme choice

There should be an option (a gsettings key) to allow user to choose a theme.

And for designers, a "none" theme allow to use only the user CSS file to theme Gnome-Shell.

Don't use the attached patch alone: this is only the useful part of the commit as it need some (empty) file creation and file move (theme -> themes/default).
