I am trying to play a video file downloaded from Dailymotion type of mp4. The Moovida Media Center return the following line:
"Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer"
So i try to report the bug to your end.

I can not find any useful information about gstreamer bugs.
can you play the mp4 file using command line, example: $ gst-launch-0.10 playbin2 uri=file:///your-path/your-file.mp4

It seems there is not a gstreamer's bug.
Maybe you don't install some plugins for parse mp4 file.
