Description Massimo Cora' 2011-01-22 20:16:37 UTC
I have to fill this bug because since when gtksourceview is mandatory the navigation between opened documents has become really difficult and slow.

1. with scintilla one could put the mouse pointer on the documents tab and scroll up/down to browse between the docs. Now it doesn't work anymore.
2. with scintilla the easy shortcut ctrl+pag up/ctrl+pag down permitted to browse the docs without leaving the keyboard. Now it's slower because of the mouse. Gnome-terminal uses ctrl+pgup/down shortcuts. Firefox too. Chrome too. Thunderbird too.
Even if set those shortcut aren't usable with gtksorceview.

We have to find a way to re-enable them because I'm not sure that the users would like to learn 1k shortcuts for every program they use. At least the most common ones should be left the same across the applications.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.

Sorry, didn't check this one but I am pretty sure it isn't sourceview related. However, it seems to work in jhbuild gedit so basically it seems we do something wrong with the notebook.

OK, the latter is a changed in gtk+ and thus a duplicate of #630226. Everything else has been fixed in master.
