Even if I do not set filter-caps property, camerabin uses its own default, which in a specific case caused negotiations problems. If the user does not set a filter-caps, he or she probably doesn't want anything filtered, so the default caps should be ANY.

I also don't think this behavior is described in documentation.

Since the old camerabin1 has been replaced by 0.10 camerabin2 (aka 1.0 camerabin) ages ago, I don't think anyone's ever going to look at this, so I think it's best to just close it.

Please re-open or file a new bug if there are still issues with the camerabin in 1.0, thanks!
